To report a claim, click on the appropriate Loss Notice below and fill out completely. It is important that all information is accurate and complete in order to avoid a delay in processing of your claim.

Due to the increased volume of claims, please allow reasonable amount time for your loss to be received, processed and forwarded to the appropriate Claims Manager and assigned to an Adjuster.  The adjuster will be in contact with you shortly.  Agents please note adjuster contact information is added to the Insured’s Claim in ISi daily.  Please refer to the Agent Claim Screen attached to the Insured’s policy.
