Personal Lines:
As of Monday, March 18, 2024, 8:00am CST binding authority is restored for Texas counties by the wildfires in the panhandle counties. With this update, no further restrictions remain. Should a new wildfire event occur, binding restrictions will be limited to any risk within 20 miles of an active wildfire.
Commercial Lines:
Active moratorium due to active wildfires on 2/28/2024 in the panhandle of Texas for the following counties:
