Ranchers & Farmers - Is an admitted carrier backed by an “A” rated company. This policy is billed in monthly installments under a Direct Bill system. The insured does not have to sign a finance agreement. By-Line, Senior Package and Multi-Sectional programs are available. The Senior Programs start at 45 years old. Certain Underwriters Coastal Program - Is an “A” rated admitted Company. Includes wind in 1st Tier (coastal counties) with a requirement of 20 miles from the Gulf of Mexico.
